Haro is the Capitol of one of the sections of the Rioja. The scallop shell designates the El Camino pilgrimage in Spain. I will do the Camino in the next 5 years.

Well we made it to the place in the title and just learned how to pronounce the name. (Sanshensho) as the x sound like an /sh/ sound in Galician. Couple of pictures include the view from our balcony and Kerry working out. Oh yes, out seagull friend who acts like a chipmunk looking for food.

Heading into the storm. Our beautiful resort beach town is forecast for rain the whole time we are there. It was beautiful here in Portugal in the Douro river valley.

We had an awesome meal at DOC , Bono has even eaten there. It rivals anywhere Kerry and I have ever been.

The picture is of dinner last night. This is Golden fish. Very tasty.

We had a full moon the almost the whole time we were here making for some very beautiful evenings.

2012 will be a year of travel for us.

San Antonio, Texas: I hear the River Walk is something to see there as well as The Rodeo. We will visit our friend Beth while we are there. I should have plenty of pictures of the River walk, The Rodeo and the missions. Only the best pictures will be posted here.
