The Night Market
Shabu, a popular dish at the night market, involves cooking ingredients in a hot broth and enjoying them. It’s like working for the restaurant, but in a fun and interactive way. At Least that is what they tell us, If you know Kerry, you know how much she loves checking her own bag at the airport, checking out her own groceries, and now cooking her own food at a restaurant. Actually, this she did love. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lively, and it was undoubtedly our favorite market experience in Chiang Rai.
